Return/Exchange policy

Items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in the same condition that it was sold to you. Worn/used items are non-returnable. 
No refunds only exchanges.

Sale items

Sales items are considered final sale. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@verasteguiboots.com and send your item to: 195 Fox Valley Center Dr, Aurora, IL 60504.

Shipping for exchanges

To exchange your product, or for store credit, you should mail your product to: 195 Fox Valley Center Dr, Aurora, IL 60504.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are exchanging more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
